Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Email address. Sign-in works by emailing you a magic link and a 6-digit code — we never ask you to create a password.
• Prompts and creations. The text descriptions you type, the images our AI generates from them, and any photos or images you upload — stored in our database and cloud storage so they show up in your library.
• Orders and shipping. Order details and shipping addresses when you buy a printed book, merch item, plush, enamel pin, or 3D figurine.
• Optional profile info. Display name, @handle, and portfolio images you choose to add for the community features.
• Usage and cost records. How much you’ve generated and used on your account, so we can enforce plan limits and support you.
• Push notifications. A device subscription token, only if you turn notifications on.
• Voice audio. If you speak to the in-app assistant, your audio is sent to a speech-to-text provider to be transcribed. It is not retained beyond processing that request.

How your information is used

We use your data to generate your coloring pages, run your library and account, fulfill and ship physical orders, power optional community features, provide customer support, and keep the service secure and within plan limits. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run any advertising SDK. We do not collect your location, contacts, or health data.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers (“processors”) to run Daomew, each receiving only what they need to do their job:

• AI generation: fal.ai, Replicate, Anthropic, and Google process your prompts and images to generate coloring pages and power the assistant.
• Payments: Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your card number.
• Print and fulfillment: Lulu (printed books), Gooten and Printful (merch), and Slant3D (3D prints) each receive only the design files and shipping address needed to make and ship your specific order.
• Email: Resend sends transactional emails (sign-in links, order updates).
• Hosting and storage: Supabase hosts our database and file storage; Vercel hosts the website and app backend.
• Voice: Cartesia powers voice features for the in-app assistant.
• Affiliate tracking (website only): Rewardful may run on daomew.com to track referral signups. It never runs inside the iOS or Android apps.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we never share more than a given provider needs to do its specific job.

AI-generated images

Every coloring page is generated by AI from your written description — it is an original generation, not a copy of existing artwork. You own the pages you generate and are free to use and print them for personal use.

Children

Daomew is intended for adults and for parents using it with their children. It is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, generated images, projects, and community content. We may retain order records needed for accounting or tax purposes as required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access-controlled storage, and no password-based login — to protect your account. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to keep access to your email account safe, since it’s how you sign in.
